I don’t think it’s just me. People are in a constant state of confusion over health-related issues.
This was our dinner last night:
I thought it was good. Boboli pizza with sun-dried tomatoes, fresh mushrooms, fresh spinach and artichokes. Not perfect, but then again maybe you haven’t seen my Papa John pizza choices of the past.
While it was in the oven cooking, I sat down to read my Whole Living magazine and ran across an article stating that such-and-such was a MUCH better choice than the higher caloric choice of “sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil.”
Ugh. Whoever created the phrase “Damned if you do. Damned if you don’t.” must have been a nutritionist.
So….I added some mozzarella cheese and called it a meal.
