Spaghetti Scarves to Choke Out Cancer

Two of my friends are walking in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure – 60 mile walk! – in San Diego this Fall. While they are gathering sponsors for their team (Team Jamie – who died of breast cancer last year…), I would like to give you the opportunity to support this worthy cause AND get a little something-something on the side.

The other day on my blog I was sporting one of these scarves in red.

They are extremely versatile – depending on your mood! Wear them long. Wear them short. Twist and gather or let it all hang loose!! You decide.

They are completely upcycled using reclaimed t-shirts – restored and reused.

The scarves can be purchased here for the following colors: grey, red, black, pink, and heather blue (green, soon to be added) and are only $20 plus shipping. *** ALL PROFITS FROM THE SALE OF THIS SCARF go to the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure: a 60 mile, 3 day walk which funds innovative global breast cancer research and local community programs supporting education, screening and treatment. *** This is a limited time offer.

Scarves are so much fun – thank goodness we can sport a scarf in summer or winter now. These scarves are lightweight and will work with a t-shirt and jeans as much as they would with business attire.

I believe strongly in the two women who are walking this 3-day stretch: Kathleen Smith and Monica Rosegrant. I would follow either of them anywhere. (But for 60 miles, I would rather make these scarves!!)

Would you help? Consider it a $20 donation and I will ship you your new scarf in 7-10 days. Sport these easy-going scarves and support a cause by which so many of us have been affected. They make a GREAT gift, too!!

THANK YOU!!
